The Practice will be installing a new Electronic Patient Record System call SystmOne on the 20th June 2019.The new system will bring substantial benefits for both patients and staff.
Patients currently registered for 'Patient Access' will automatically be re-registered with SystmOne Online. Patient Access will no longer be available from 12th June until SystmOne Online goes live in July. Therefore, you will not able to book appointments or request prescriptions online at this time, Please book your appointments at the surgery or over the phone. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in writing or by using your repeat slip. Your new log on information will then be sent out in due course. We thank you for your patience during this time of transition.
Friends and Family Test
The Friends and Family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services. Please click the Friend & Family test on the menu to complete this survey.
If you have regular prescriptions there will be a tear-off slip with details of your medication which could be helpful to any other hospital or doctor that treats you. It is also a re-order slip and patients are asked to use it when re-ordering; this helps us eliminate mistakes. Please allow 48 hrs for your prescription to be processed (excluding Saturday & Sunday).
Prescriptions will be available for collection after 3pm.
Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions should only be made by HOUSEBOUND PATIENTS, and these calls should be made after 2.00pm this helps to keep the phone lines clear for patients calling to make appointments or to request urgent visits during the morning. You may also fax your request to 01202 877753.
WE ARE NOW ABLE TO OFFER ONLINE ORDERING OF REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS VIA OUR WEBSITE.

From 1 April 2019 the charges are:
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months, or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC. The charge for a single prescription item is £9.00, whereas a three month PPC will cost you £29.10 and a 12 month PPC £104.00.
